Just a few pics from around the pits. OzRacin, Ronan (my 8yo son) and myself had a great day cruising the spectator stands and the pits, the weather was perfect, somewhere between 10,000 and 15,000 people turned up on a glorious day. De Fillipo Exhaust services had their Top Fueller there doing testing, awesome lineup of Top Doorslammer, Pro Stock cars along with many many other fine example of drag cars.
I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the great man Victor Bray, who asked some questions about DragFactor's progress and looks forward to it's eventual release. He signed an awesome poster for me as well.
Later on i ventured over to Maurice Fabietti's pit, he runs an extremely professional outfit. he also signed a poster for me, dedicated to "Angus94". I introduced myself as 'the guy who made his car in that computer game', now he knows who Angus94 is, we spoke about DragFactor, i purchased a T-shirt.
note! i didn't take any 'racing' pics, as the excessively high cyclone fence between the track and the spectators was a major barrier.
